THIRD PARTY SERVICES
This Privacy Policy does not cover, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices, information handling, or other activities of third parties. This includes any third party that operates a website or service linked to the Services. The presence of a link on the Services does not imply our endorsement of the linked site or service.
Furthermore, we are not accountable for the information collection, usage, disclosure, or security policies or practices of other entities, such as Facebook, Twitter, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM, LinkedIn, or any other application developer, application provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer. SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING WEBINARS
Webinars provided as part of the Services (“Webinars”) may be hosted by third-party vendors who are not affiliated with us.
Our third-party vendors may request users to furnish Personal Information, which could include your name, telephone number, and email address. Users seeking continuing legal education credits may also be required to provide their State Bar number(s). Please be aware that the collection of this Personal Information may be carried out by our vendors or by us. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of our respective vendors, as they govern how such vendors manage the Personal Information you provide when registering for and participating in the Webinars.
Furthermore, our third-party vendors furnish us with Personal Information about Webinar participants. We utilize this Personal Information to monitor attendance, facilitate future communication with these participants, and for other purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
USAGE OF SERVICES BY MINORS
The Websites, Apps, Social Media, Emails, and Webinars are not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not intentionally collect Personal Information from individuals under 18 in relation to these services. On some occasions, our Client Services may involve representing individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not market our Client Services or the Services to individuals under 18.
CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER
Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we maintain facilities or engage service providers. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where data protection regulations may differ from those in your home country. This Section applies only to consumers who are California residents, and to the Personal Information of those consumers that is collected by Anthem Loan Group, LLC. Requests will be responded to, free of charge, within 45 days of receiving the request. Consistent with California law, you may only make two such requests in a 12-month period, and the information provided will only cover the information collected in the preceding 12 months.
In order to process a request, we will need to verify your identity. We may request two or more data points of Personal Information and other proof of identification depending on the nature of the request and the Personal Information requested to verify your identity.
