SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING WEBINARS

Webinars provided as part of the Services (“Webinars”) may be hosted by third-party vendors who are not affiliated with us.

Our third-party vendors may request users to furnish Personal Information, which could include your name, telephone number, and email address. Users seeking continuing legal education credits may also be required to provide their State Bar number(s). Please be aware that the collection of this Personal Information may be carried out by our vendors or by us. Furthermore, our third-party vendors furnish us with Personal Information about Webinar participants. We utilize this Personal Information to monitor attendance, facilitate future communication with these participants, and for other purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

 

USAGE OF SERVICES BY MINORS

The Websites, Apps, Social Media, Emails, and Webinars are not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not intentionally collect Personal Information from individuals under 18 in relation to these services. On some occasions, our Client Services may involve representing individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not market our Client Services or the Services to individuals under 18.

 

CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER

Requests will be responded to, free of charge, within 45 days of receiving the request. Consistent with California law, you may only make two such requests in a 12-month period, and the information provided will only cover the information collected in the preceding 12 months.
